The small, cozy room has a floor area of approx. 7,5 sqm + a high bed with approx. 2.5 sqm. The room has a beautiful floor in driftwood optics and is furnished with white furniture and a small sofa (just new, deshav not yet on the picture). Together, the residents use a large kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
Das kleine, gemütliche Zimmer besitzt eine Grundfläche von ca. 7,5 qm + ein Hochbett mit ca. 2,5 qm. Das Zimmer besitzt einen schönen Boden in Treibholzoptik und ist mit weißen Möbeln und einem kleinen Sofa (ganz neu, deshav noch nicht auf dem Bild) möbliert. Gemeinsam werden von den Bewohnern eine große Wohnküche, das Bad und das separate WC genutzt.
Due to the fantastic location near the Isarauen (100 meters distance), the Au is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. Only an Isar bridge is the Glockenbachviertel with its countless bars and cafes. In 100 meters you can walk on the Isar, where it is especially beautiful in summer to sit on the water. The bus lines 52 and 62 keep at 50 meters distance from the house, supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery are located almost right next to the building. A tram station (300m), metro station (800m) and S-Bahn (1000m) are within walking distance.
Durch die traumhafte Lage nahe der Isarauen (100 Meter Entfernung) gehört die Au zu den beliebtesten Wohngebieten Münchens. Nur eine Isarbrücke entfernt beginnt bereits das Glockenbachviertel mit seinen unzähligen Bars und Cafes. In 100 Metern ist man zu Fuß an der Isar, wo es vor allem im Sommer wunderschön ist am Wasser zu sitzen. Die Buslinien 52 und 62 halten in 50 Meter Entfernung vom Haus, Supermarkt, Apotheke, und Bäckerei befinden sich fast direkt neben dem Gebäude. In fußläufiger Entfernung sind eine Tramstation (300m), U-Bahn-Station (800m) und S-Bahn (1000m).
