Hello all,
I am looking for a new roommate from October, 2023 for a cozy 2-person shared apartment in this 60 m² apartment for sub-rent for the next 2 years. (KVR included)
You can pick the big room (~25 m²) for 700 Euros warm rent/month, with only a closet and a mattress inside or the smaller room (~15 m²) for 600 Euros warm rent/month which is fully furnished but you would have to pay a onetime 700 Euro fee for the furniture.
The apartment building also has a big indoor and outdoor bicycle garage and a private cellar.
The location is really central but quiet and chill as well, with bus in 1 minute walk, Ubahn within 5 minute walk and S-bahn also 5 minutes.
The location has lots of parks nearby and is a short bike ride to the english gardens
The location is also surrounded by big chains like Edeka, Netto, Rewe and also local bio grocery stores
I will be the only roommate I am a student at TUM and I also work part time :)
I am open to shared activities together if that's your vibe!
But if you prefer to have your alone time that's totally cool as well.
My hobbies include cycling, hiking, cooking, and skateboarding.
I also love movies and Aperol :)
I need someone ASAP cause I hate paying for the whole rent by myself :(
