Weil ich von Ende August bis Ende September unterwegs bin, suche ich nach einen Untermieter für mein WG-Zimmer in München Laim.
Im Zimmer sind ein großes Bett und ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum gemeinschaftlich genutzten Balkon.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, die natürlich mitgenutzt werden kann. Die Küche hat eine Spühlmaschine und einen Backofen und alles was man sonst noch so braucht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG eines ruhigen Kondominiums. Die Lage der Wg ist wirklich super, öffenliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Chris und Anna sind beide berufstätig und ich würde sie als sehr entspannte, zuverlässige Mitbewohner bezeichnen.
