Located in Laim area. The room is slightly more than 12 sqm.
Rent including 650 euros warm per month (including electricity, internet, GEZ, etc.). If cost exceed the previous year's, then the additional costs will be shared. (such as heating, electricity, etc.)
The floor in your room is bit old so when you walk it makes a bit of a noise. If you are not allergic to dust like me you can try to put a carpet. Some people do not mind the noise, just thought to mention it :)
The kitchen room area is quite big to be shared. We have a shared bathroom too.
The new flatmate should have liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung), proof of income and SCHUFA (request now) .
There is an additional 50 euro one-time fee as registration costs. Deposit/ Kaution 1275 euros.

Ubahn Friedenheimer Straße in 7 mins walk - 2mins cycle.
(Westendstraße ubahn station is not that far and at times is a faster way to get to the center as you have u4-u5 with a cycle stand)
S-Bahn Hirschgarten - 12 mins walk - 4 mins cycle.
Tram and bus station about 5 mins walk.
I am looking for a harmonious and respectful flat sharing.
A bit about me. I am a freelance filmmaker / cinematographer, it would be great to share the flat with someone from the field maybe, or / and, of course, to other great positive people. I am Spanish but grew up in India. Would love to hear more about you and feel free to ask about me. Looking for the right person and of course, want to also try to make sure you feel at home.
No smoking at all anywhere in the premises. Therefore I would not recommend it for smokers.
Would be cool to have a nice sharing of the flat and sharing a few moments from time to time but not a must as long as we are respectful to one another, have a positive and collaborative vibe at home for a good environment.
I like to sleep early between 10-11 p.m. so that would be one of the important things personally, so there is not noise after those hours as I like to wake up early, most days. Specially week days. Also to respect the neighbours.
Also responsible people to maintain respectful cleanliness around the house.
The rest with good communication, we can sort it out. Hope you also can feel at home and we can have a good laugh.
Internet speed is about 300 mbps but we might have to consider updating it if you also have important internet needs.
