Hi all,
I am moving out of my apartment in beautful, vibrant neighborghood of Glovkenbavh. The flat is centrally lovated with many bars, restaurnats and shops all around. It is 10 minute walking to Marienplatz and right across the Isar, which is perfect summer location.
Flatshare type:
You will be moving in with two awesome roommates. Hinrich (29) has just graduated engineering and enjoys beers, hanging out at Isar and making kimchi in his free time.
Ann (28) is an HR specialist, who enjoys salsa dancing and hanging out with her friends in our beautiful neoghbourhood.
Room information:
Room is very spacious and light, especially during summer months. It is about 20sqm and I will be leaving it fully furnished for the next person to come, for a fee of 150€, but we can of course talk about this.
The rent is 920€ warm and this is fixed and includes all the costs - electricity, water, gas, internet.
The move in date should be 15th of February, or even few days earlier.
