Das Wohnhaus liegt zentral im Klinikviertel, an der Ecke Pettenkoferstr./ Schillerstr. Da es quasi an einer Sackgasse liegt, ist es zumindest am Abend ruhig. Die U-Bahn Station Sendlinger Tor, mit Anbindung an die U3 und U6, die U1 und U2 und zu den Trambahnen 16, 17, 18, 27, 28, ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten, der Hauptbahnhof mit Anschluss zu allen S-Bahnen, zur U1, U2, U4, U5, U7 und U8 sowie zu den Trambahnen 18, 19 und 21 ist in ca. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ansonsten kann man den Stachus/ Karlsplatz und auch den Marienplatz in ca. 10 - 15 Gehminuten erreichen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Bewohner-Parkzone. Meistens findet man in kurzer Zeit einen Parkplatz.

The apartment building is centrally located in the hospital district, on the corner of Pettenkoferstr. and Schillerstr. As it is virtually on a dead-end street, it is quiet, at least in the evening. The underground station Sendlinger Tor, with connections to the U3 and U6, the U1 and U2 and to the trams 16, 17, 18, 27, 28, is about a 5-minute walk away, the main station with connections to all suburban trains, to the U1, U2, U4, U5, U7 and U8 as well as to the trams 18, 19 and 21 is about an 8-minute walk away. Otherwise, the Stachus/ Karlsplatz and also the Marienplatz can be reached in approx. 10 - 15 minutes on foot. The building is located in a residents' parking zone. You can usually find a parking space within a short time.

Ich selbst bin 63 Jahre alt, Single, sportlich und jung-geblieben und nicht mehr berufstätig. Ich habe somit genügend Zeit, mich um die Wohnung zu kümmern, so dass das Thema "putzen" primär von mir erledigt wird. Du solltest kein Problem mit einem schwulen Mitbewohner haben. Bevorzugt wird ein berufstätiger Mitbewohner mit dem man hin und wieder auch was gemeinsam unternehmen kann. Aber auch ein Student, der kein Problem mit einem älteren Mitbewohner hat, ist willkommen, sofern nicht übermäßig Parties geschmissen werden.

Ich wohne seit 2006 in diesem Haus mit deutlich jüngeren Mitbewohnern (zuerst in einer 3er, später in einer 2er WG) zusammen. Da ich auch davor schon in WGs gelebt habe, habe ich genügend Erfahrungen im gegenseitigen Umgang.

I myself am 63 years old, single, sporty and young-at-heart and no longer work. I therefore have enough time to take care of the flat, so the "cleaning" issue is primarily taken care of by me. You should have no problem with an LGBT flatmate. A working flatmate with whom you can do something together from time to time is preferred. However, a student who has no problem with an older flatmate is also welcome, as long as no excessive parties are thrown.

I have been living in this house since 2006 with much younger flatmates (first in a 3-person flat-share, later in a 2-person flat-share). Since I have lived in shared flats before, I have enough experience in dealing with each other.

Was mir wirklich wichtig ist, ist Zuverlässigkeit, Sauberkeit und vernünftige Umgangsformen. Primär bin ich an einer langfristigen WG interessiert. Aber wie das Leben manchmal spielt, kann daraus auch ein kurzfristiges Intermezzo werden.

Grundvoraussetzung für die Anmietung ist die Anmeldung bei der Stadt München, der Nachweis einer Haftpflichtversicherung, eine SCHUFA (request now) -Auskunft sowie 3 Gehaltsnachweise, alternativ ein Arbeitsvertrag und ggf. eine Aufenthalts/- und Arbeitserlaubnis.

Netflix, Amazon Prime/ Video und Readly können mitbenutzt werden. Für Fahrrad/Motorroller steht ein Stellplatz im Keller zur Verfügung.

Der Mietpreis ist ein Pauschalpreis und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie GEZ, WLAN, TV, Heizung, Strom und Warmwasser.

What is really important to me is reliability, cleanliness and reasonable manners. I am primarily interested in a long-term flat share. But as life sometimes plays out, it can also turn into a short-term intermezzo.

Basic requirements for renting are registration with the city of Munich, proof of liability insurance, SCHUFA (request now) information and 3 proofs of salary, alternatively an employment contract and, if applicable, a residence/ and work permit.

Netflix, Amazon Prime/ Video and Readly can also be used. A parking space is available in the basement for bicycles/scooters.

The rent is a flat rate and includes all utilities such as GEZ, WLAN, TV, heating, electricity and hot water.
