Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und möbiliert. Einzugstermin ist der 20.12 der Auszugstermin ist flexibel aber ungefähr der 10.04
Internet, Strom und eine Putzfrau für die Küche und Bad (alle zwei Wochen) sind im Preis bereits inklusive.
Die Wohnung ist 2 min zu Fuß vom Josephsplatz entfernt und an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, Ubahn) gut angebunden.
Der TUM Hauptcampus ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und die LMU ist mit dem Fahrrad auch schnell zu erreichen
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Bäckerei und Späti) sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Restaurant, Bars und Imbissmöglichkeiten sind im Viertel natürlich auch viele vorhanden.
Wir suchen für unsere WG einen entspannte, unkomplizierte und gesellige Person als Mitbewohner oder Mitbweohnerin. Wir sind aktuell beide Studenten. Eine Management studentin und ein Mathe/Computer science student. Je nach Lust und Zeit feiern wir auch gerne mal ne Party. Wir sind aber keine reine Party-WG. Eine gemütliche gut ausgestatte Küche ist vorhanden und dient uns Abends oft als Wohnzimmer. Die WG bleibt mindestens bis 2025 bestehen.
