There is 1 room available all with a beautiful view over the Maxvorstadt to the Olympiapark. The room has a simple layout and is almost squared. The room can be nicely furnished. Most of the life in the flat takes place in the living room. From here you can see as far as the Alps and sometimes even the Google employees at work
Es gibt noch 1 freies Zimmer mit schönem Blick über die Maxvorstadt bis zum Olympiapark. Das Zimmer ist einfach geschnitten und fast quadratisch. Das zimmer lässt sich schön einrichten. Der Großteil des WG-Lebens spielt sich aber im Wohnzimmer ab. Von hieraus kann man bis zu den Alpen schauen und manchmal auch den Google Mitarbeitern beim arbeiten.

The location is right next to the Donnersberger Brücke and therefore very well connected to the Stammstrecke. You can be at the main station in 5 minutes and can get anywhere from there. The Elements gym is right next door as well as an Edeka and restaurants such as the Lili P (very cool for brunch)
Die Lage ist direkt an der Donnersberger Brücke und damit super an die Stammstrecke angebunden. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und kommt von dort aus überall hin. Das Elements ist direkt nebenan sowie auch ein Edeka und Restaurants wie zum Beispiel das Lili P (sehr geil zum brunchen)

we are three nice guys Jakob, 33, Hector, 29 and Nico, 29 that like to go our for Parties at times but we can also just be chilled in the kitchen with a nice bottle of wine. Hector works at Airbus near Ingolstadt and can do HO often. Jakob studies at TU Munich and is otherwise quite chilled.
I am Nico and I am trying to build my own companies and we will see how this will turn out :)
wir sind drei nette Jungs Jakob, 33, Hector, 29 und Nico, 29, die gerne mal auf Partys gehen, aber auch einfach nur in der Küche bei einer guten Flasche Wein chillen können. Hector arbeitet bei Airbus in der Nähe von Ingolstadt und kann oft HO machen. Jakob studiert an der TU München und ist ansonsten ziemlich gechillt.
Ich bin Nico und ich versuche meine eigenen Firmen aufzubauen und wir werden sehen, wie sich das entwickelt :)
