The room is sunny, very bright and has floor depth windows and a cozy wooden floor.
Currently, it is partially furnished – with bed, dressing bar, table, chair and curtains – so perfect for an easy move.
*Important -> currently the room does not look like on the picture, as it will only be half-furnished.

Hi, ich bin Lena und suche ab Mitte Mai eine Zwischenmieterin oder einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer in meiner netten WG. :)
Das Zimmer ist schön sonnig, sehr hell und hat bodentiefe Fenster sowie einen gemütlichen Holzboden.
Aktuell ist es teilweise möbliert – mit Bett, Kleiderstange, Tisch, Stuhl und Vorhängen – also perfekt für einen unkomplizierten Einzug.
*Wichtig -> aktuell sieht das Zimmer nicht wie auf dem Bild aus, da es nur halb möbiliert sein wird.
Wenn du für eine Weile in München ein Zuhause auf Zeit suchst, melde dich gerne!
The location is really super practical and central. In just 5 minutes you'll be on foot at the Josephsplatz, where the U2 drives – with which you can quickly and easily get to the city centre or to university. Also a few bus lines keep very close.
Die Lage ist wirklich super praktisch und zentral. In nur 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuß am Josephsplatz, wo die U2 fährt – mit der kommst du schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt oder z. B. zur Uni. Auch ein paar Buslinien halten ganz in der Nähe.
The apartment is rather small, but has a cozy kitchen with dining table and everything you need for cooking. At the moment, it's rather a quiet purpose WG. Nevertheless, I am obviously open for a nice chat between or even a spontaneous round of table tennis in the park next door.
I work full-time, so I'm usually not there during the day under the week, but I don't have home office.
Die Wohnung ist zwar eher klein, aber hat eine gemütliche Küche mit Esstisch und allem, was man zum Kochen so braucht. Momentan ist es eher eine ruhige Zweck-WG. Trotzdem bin ich natürlich offen für einen netten Plausch zwischendurch oder auch mal eine spontane Runde Tischtennis im Park nebenan.
Ich arbeite Vollzeit, bin also unter der Woche meist tagsüber nicht da mache aber ab und an Homeoffice.
Das Zimmer ist aktuell bis Ende Juli zur Zwischenmiete vorgesehen. Ob es danach noch verfügbar sein wird, kann ich im Moment noch nicht sicher sagen – da können wir einfach nochmal schauen, wenn es so weit ist.
Das Zimmer ist aktuell nicht voll eingerichetet aber wir können zusammen schauen, das wir es schön für die Zeit herrichten :)

The location is super central and convenient. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Josephsplatz, where you can catch the U2 – which takes you quickly to the city center or the university, for example. There are also several bus lines nearby.
The flat is on the smaller side, but it has a cozy kitchen with a dining table and everything you need for cooking. It’s currently more of a shared space for practical reasons – everyone does their own thing and it works well that way. But of course, I’m always up for a friendly chat or a spontaneous round of ping pong in the nearby park.
I work full-time, so I’m usually out during the day on weekdays & home office at times.
The room is currently available until the end of July. I’m not sure yet if it will be available after that – we can simply check in again closer to the time.
It’s not fully furnished at the moment, but we can work together to make it nice and comfortable for your stay :)
