Wir vermieten dieses Zimmer für zwei Monate zur Zwischenmiete - es besteht aber die Option auf Übernahme des Mietvertrages, da wir unsere WG auflösen. Die Vermieterin erlaubt WGs und du könntest dann eine "neue" Dreier-WG gründen. Das Zimmer ist das größte in unserer WG mit ca. 18 Quadratmetern. Es geht nach vorne raus und hat Zugang zum Balkon. Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt zwei Balkone, diesen teilst du dir mit einer Mitbewohnerin, die ebenfalls von ihrem Zimmer aus Zugang hat.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert, wir können aber ein paar Basic Sachen (Bett, Schrank) zur Verfügung stellen, wenn Bedarf besteht. Besonderes Feature unserer WG und des Zimmers sind die Einbauschränke, die dafür sorgen, dass du viel Zeug quasi "in der Wand" verstauen kannst.

This is the biggest room in the appartment. Your windows are facing the street, but it's not too noisy. You have access to a balcony which you share with one other flatmate (she also has access to the balcony).
There is no furniture in the room. However, if you are in need of furniture, we can leave a bed and a closet in the room!
The contract is limited to two months, but there is the chance to take over the contract, if you like.
Die Maxvorstadt ist Münchens Kneipenviertel, Studierendenviertel und Ausgehviertel. Kneipen und Restaurants gibt es also reichlich. Du hast außerdem den Elisabethmarkt direkt um die Ecke, das Nordbad, den Alten Nordfriedhof, aber auch der Englische Garten ist nicht weit.

Maxvorstadt is the place to be in Munich. Loads of bars and restaurants are just around the corner, as well as a market, a swimming pool, a little park and also the "Englischer Garten" is not too far.
In der WG wohnen bleiben tut fürs erste Elena (sie ist aber auch auf Wohnungssuche); sie wird im Mai Besuch auch von ihrem Partner Rudi aus Italien haben.
Entsprechend wird fast nur Englisch im Hause gesprochen.
Alle arbeiten Vollzeit, aber trinken auch mal einen Vino oder Kaffee zusammen.

For now, Elena stays in the shared flat (but she is also looking for an apartment); She will also have a visit from her partner Rudi from Italy in May.
Accordingly, almost only English is spoken in the house.
Everyone works full-time, but we enjoy having a vino or coffee together :-)
