Hallo liebe Suchende!
Mein Name ist Franzi und ich wohne mit meinem Freund in der schönen Adalbertstrasse, der nun aber leider aus beruflichen Gründen nach Hamburg wechseln muss. Da ich aber weiterhin in München bleiben werde, versuche ich nun einen würdigen Ersatz zu finden, um aus unserer schönen Wohnung eine WG zu machen.
Ein paar Details zu deinem Zimmer: Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und insgesamt ca. 70m2, wovon eines mein Zimmer und das andere ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer ist. Das dritte Zimmer wäre deines und hat ca. 15m2. Die Wohnung hat dazu noch ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Fenster und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine, die mein Freund leider mitnehmen wird, und ein paar Kleinigkeiten, vollständig eingerichtet. (Unsere alte Kaffeemaschine ist auf jedenfall ein schwerer Verlust, da ich guten Kaffee sehr liebe. Falls du ebenso Kaffee liebst, können wir ja mal schauen, wie wir das Problem in der WG lösen. :) ) Das Wohnzimmer hat einen schmalen, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlichen Balkon, auf dem es sich herrlich abends sitzen lässt (zum Hinterhof rausgehend).
Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenso fast vollständig eingerichtet und mein Freund würde einen Abschlag für ein paar Möbel verlangen, die wir gemeinschaftlich angeschafft haben (Tisch, Stühle, Regal, Kommode, Gardinenstangen, Schuhschrank). Des Weiteren haben wir ein Kallax Regal und einen Pax Schrank von Ikea, die wir derzeit in dem Zimmer stehen haben und die wir verkaufen könnten, wenn gewünscht.

My name is Franzi and I am currently living in a very nice appartement in Adalbertstrasse with my boyfriend. Unfortunately he has to move to Hamburg due to work. Since I will be staying here in Munich, this means I am looking for a nice roommate to move in and share our nice flat with. :)
The apartment is quite spacious and consists of 3 rooms plus kitchen and a bathroom, in total the flat has ~70m2. There is my room and the shared living room. The third room would be your room, it is unfurnished and approx. 15m2. The bathroom has a big window, a tub and a washing machine. The kitchen is almost fully equipped (we also have a dish washer). The only important thing missing is the very nice coffee machine that my boyfriend will take to Hamburg. If you love coffee as much as I do, we can maybe think of investing in a nice coffee machine together. The living room has a small, but very cozy balcony where one can sit beautifully in the evening.
The living room is almost fully furnished as well and my boyfriend would ask for a payment for the furniture that we bought together. This would include the furniture in the shared rooms, i.e. the table, chairs, shelves, curtains. Furthermore, we could offer to sell some Kallax Shelf from Ikea and a PAX closet for your room, if wanted.
Vielleicht kurz zu mir: Ich bin 29 Jahre, promoviere derzeit an der TUM im Bereich Computer Vision/Neuroscience und habe durch mein Studium, welches ich zu großen Teilen in Utrecht und Paris verbracht habe, eine große Vorliebe für die französische und niederländische Sprache und Kultur. Meine Arbeitsgruppe ist zwar sehr international, aber uns fehlen auf jedenfall Franzosen/Niederländer und ich würde mich sehr freuen, hier vielleicht sogar jemanden mit dem Hintergrund zu finden und mal wieder etwas mehr Französisch/Niederländisch zu sprechen. :) Außerdem mache ich gerne Sport an der frischen Luft – ich liebe besonders Wasser und schwimme seit ein paar Jahren super gerne, sei es im Kraulkurs in der Halle, im Dantebad oder auch gerne zum Feierabend für eine Runde in der Eisbachwelle. Außerdem fahre ich gerne Rad und laufe mal mehr, mal weniger im Englischen Garten meine Runden. :) Für die WG würde ich mich freuen, wenn sich jemanden finden würde, mit dem man abends gesellig kochen kann oder auch mal ein Glas Vino bzw. ein Bierchen trinken kann. Ach – und Sauberkeit ist mir auch wichtig – da wäre es schön, wenn wir auf der gleichen Wellenlänge sind.

Some further information about myself: I am 29 years old and I am currently doing my PhD in Computer Vision/Neuroscience at TUM. I spent most of my studies in Utrecht and Paris, which lead to a huge passion for both the Dutch and French language and culture. My group at TUM is very international, but we are definitely lacking French or Dutch people, so I would be particularly happy to find somebody with that background. :) I love sports outside – and especially swimming. I started some technical swim lessons last year and also love to go swimming in outdoor pools like Dantebad or jump into Eisbachwelle after work or at the weekends. Furthermore, I like to bike and sometimes to go for a run in English Garden. As a roommate, I would be happy to find someone that is open to spend some time together. I love to cook, play games or have a vino or beer at the balcony in the evening. Last but not least, I like to have a clean flat and it would be ideal if you have similar ideas. :)
Noch ein paar technische Details: Die komplette Miete (inkl. Strom, GEZ und Internet) beträgt 937 Euro pro Person. Das Zimmer ist zum 15.09 (spätestens 01.10) zu vermieten und ich würde Besichtigungen in der Woche vom 05.09.2022 planen. Außerdem suche ich nach einem/einer langfristigen Mitbewohner/in.

Last but not least, some technical details: The total rent for you would be 937 Euro per month (all expenses included, i.e. GEZ, electricity, internet). The room is to rent from 15.09.2022 (latest 01.10.22) and I would plan to have visits in the week of 05.09.2022. And I am looking for a long-term roommate, so please don’t send me a message if you are looking for a short-term stay.
