Das ca. 11qm große Zimmer liegt im 3. Stock einer frisch renovierten 3er Studenten WG. In der Küche wurden neue Fließen verlegt und auch das Bad ist neu. Die 3 Zimmer sind vollständig separat, dein Zimmer liegt direkt an der Wohnungstür. Ein Kellerabteil sowie Fahrradkeller gibt es auch, leider aber keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 61 qm groß und eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine steht auch in der Küche. Ein Boxspringbett (nicht das auf den Bildern), ein Schreibtisch, der Kleiderschrank sowie die Wandregale werden mit vermietet. (PC nicht dabei, bei Bedarf aber die Bildschirme.) Das Zimmer eignet sich damit auch perfekt für Austauschstudierende. Es ist nicht möglich, diese Möbel aus dem Zimmer auszutauschen. Das einzige, was mitgebracht werden muss, ist ein 140x200cm großer Topper für das Bett. Zwecks Ein- und Auszugsdatum können wir gerne auch nochmal individuell uns besprechen :)

The approx. 11sqm large room is located on the 3rd floor of a freshly renovated 3-person student shared apartment. In the kitchen new tiles were laid and also the bathroom is new. The 3 rooms are completely separate, your room is directly at the apartment door. There is also a cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar, but unfortunately no elevator. The apartment is about 61 sqm in total and a washing machine and dishwasher is also in the kitchen. A box spring bed (not the one on the pictures), a desk, the closet as well as the wall shelves are also rented. The room is therefore also perfect for exchange students. It is not possible to exchange this furniture from the room. The only thing that needs to be brought is a 140x200cm topper for the bed. Regarding the move-in and move-out date, we can also discuss again individually :)
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minute von der nächsten Bushaltestelle und 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station „Frankfurter Ring“. Von da aus ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten bei der LMU oder bei der Münchner Freiheit. Die TUM ist mit der Bahn auch innerhalb von 25/30 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte sowie ein Park sind auch direkt um die Ecke und es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop and 5 minutes from the subway station "Frankfurter Ring". From there you can reach LMU or Münchner Freiheit within 20 minutes. The TUM can also be reached by train within 25/30 minutes. Supermarkets and a park are also just around the corner and it is a very quiet area.
Wir sind nicht auf der Suche nach einer reinen Zweck-WG, verstehen aber natürlich wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst. Wenn man sich gut versteht umso besser. Putzplan gibt es bis jetzt, wir teilen uns die Arbeit in Saugen/Abstauben, Bad reinigen und Wäsche machen auf. Dabei sind wir sehr ordentlich und wünschen uns das auch von dir. Sonst sind wir oft in meinem Zimmer und wenn es einem reinpasst isst man hier auch zusammen.

We are not looking for a pure purpose shared apartment, but of course understand if you need your peace. If you get along well the better. Cleaning plan exists so far, we divide the work into vacuuming / dusting, cleaning the bathroom and doing laundry. We are very tidy and would like you to be as well. Otherwise, we are often in my room and if it fits one eats here also together.
