Ich suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für mein WG-Zimmer in Milbertshofen von November 2022 bis einschließlich September 2023 (früherer Einzug nach Absprache möglich). Ich wohne mit einer guten Freundin in einer Zweier-WG. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon, einer separaten Küche (Ofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine), einem Bad mit Badewanne und einer kleinen Abstellkammer. Mein Zimmer vermiete ich möbliert unter. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett (140/200cm), Spiegelschrank, einem Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl sowie zwei schmalen Regalen.

I sublet my room in a shared flat in Milbertshofen from November 2022 until end of September 2023 (earlier move-in possible). I’m living together in a 3-room-apartment with a good friend. The apartment consists of two bed rooms, a living room with a small balcony, a kitchen (oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), a living room, a bathroom with a tub and a small storage room. I sublet my room with furniture: a bed (140/200cm), a closet with mirror, a desk with desk chair and two narrow book shelves.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Milbertshofen keine 7min zu Fuß von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Frankfurter Ring und der Knorrstraße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Noch näher (nur 3min) befinden sich zwei Supermärkte, zwei Apotheken, ein Bäcker, ein Getränkemarkt und die nächste Bushaltestelle (Linie 50 und 150). Der Petuelpark und der Luipoltpark sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10min im Gewerbegebiet Euro-Industriepark, in 20 min erreicht man das Hauptgebäude der LMU.

The apartment is located in the Milbertshofen, less than 7 min walk from the Frankfurter Ring subway station and the shopping street Knorrstraße. Even closer (only 3 min) are two supermarkets, two pharmacies, a bakery and a beverage store (“Getränkemarkt”). This is also where the next bus stop (lines 50 and 150) is. The Petuelpark and the Luipoltpark are within walking distance. It takes 10 minutes by bike to get to the Euro-Industriepark (a business park) and 20 minutes to reach the main building of the LMU.
Ich werde für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehen und vermiete deswegen das Zimmer unter. Meine Mitbewohnerin arbeitet als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der LMU. Wir sind seit dem Studium gut befreundet, also ist es ursprünglich keine ZweckWG.
Meine Mitbewohnerin würde sich über jemanden freuen, der/die auch Interesse daran hat, mal was gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Hobbies sind Kochen (vegetarisch/vegan, viel ostasiatische Küche), Wandern, Tanzen (Standard auf Anfängerlevel), Kino, Zocken auf der Switch, Fahrradausflüge im Umland. Wir würden uns als queere und politisch links-orientierte WG bezeichnen.

I'm going abroad for a year, so I'm subletting my room. My roommate works as a research associate at LMU. We've been good friends since college, so we are roommates who hang out a lot.
My roommate would be happy if the new person is also interested in doing something together from time to time. Hobbies are cooking (vegetarian/vegan, a lot of East Asian cuisine), hiking, dancing (standard at beginner level), cinema, gaming on Nintendo Switch and bike trips in the surrounding area. We would describe ourselves as queer and politically left.
