Von da aus ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten bei der LMU oder bei der Münchner Freiheit. Die TUM ist mit der Bahn auch innerhalb von 25/30 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte sowie ein Park sind auch direkt um die Ecke und es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend.

Hallo zusammen, in unserer gemütlichen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung wird bald ein Zimmer frei, und wir suchen eine offene, sympathische Person, die gut zu uns passt. Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, beende gerade mein Studium und wohne seit Oktober 2021 hier. Mein Mitbewohner Konstantin ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert ebenfalls. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern legen Wert auf eine freundliche und entspannte Atmosphäre. Uns ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig, bei dem sich jeder wohlfühlt. Im Haushalt packen wir beide einfach mit an – es gibt keinen festen Putzplan, aber wir achten gemeinsam darauf, dass die Wohnung ordentlich bleibt. Gemeinsames Kochen oder Einkaufen ergibt sich manchmal von selbst, aber jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Rhythmus und Freiraum. Unsere Wohnung ist ein lebendiger, aber entspannter Ort. Wir genießen gemeinsame Abende und haben regelmäßig Besuch, vor allem am Wochenende. Dennoch bleibt es immer in einem angenehmen Rahmen, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Wir suchen daher jemanden, der ähnlich tickt und sich in einer entspannten, freundlichen WG wohlfühlt. Hello everyone, A room will soon be available in our cozy 3-room apartment, and we are looking for a friendly and relaxed person who fits well with us. I am 23 years old, currently finishing my studies, and have been living here since October 2021. My roommate Konstantin is 24 years. We are not just a purpose WG but value a friendly and easygoing atmosphere. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable living together.
We both take care of household tasks naturally – there is no fixed cleaning schedule, but we make sure to keep the apartment tidy. Sometimes, we cook or go shopping together, but everyone has their own routine and personal space.
Our apartment is a lively yet relaxed place. We enjoy spending evenings together and often have visitors, especially on weekends. However, everything remains within a pleasant and balanced environment so that everyone feels at ease. We are looking for someone who shares a similar mindset and enjoys living in a friendly, relaxed WG.
