Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Harras im zweiten Stock. Du teilst sich eine Wohnung mit 3 Personen, der Vermieterin und zwei Männern. Es ist eine Wohngemeinschaft, das heißt, jeder widmet sich seiner eigenen, ohne den Rest zu stören.
WICHTIG!!!
Es gibt einen Hund in der Wohnung, es gibt KEINE Gemeinschaftsküche, keine Übernachtungsgäste sind ohne vorherige Absprache erlaubt.
Rauchen ist verboten
Männer müssen die Toilette immer sitzend benutzen, das Bad muss, nachdem alles eingesprüht und dann getrocknet wurde, sauber verlassen werden.
Wir wechseln uns ab, beim Kauf von Toilettenpapier und Papier zum Hãndeabtrocknen und Trockenreiben von Armaturen, Waschbecken, Badewanne und Spiegel nach der Badbenutzung.
Wäschewaschen kostet €4,-- pro 9 kg Trommel, in der man im Kaltwaschgang bei 20 Grad normalerweisr seine gesamte Wäsche, auch weiße, sauber bekommt.
Besuche sind vorzugsweise online. Die Höhe der Kaution richtet sich nach der Aufenthaltsdauer des Untermieters.

The apartment is located near Harras on the second floor. You share an apartment with 3 people, the landlady and two men. It's a shared apartment, which means everyone dedicates to their own without disturbing the rest.

There is one dog in the apartment, there is NO shared kitchen, no overnight guests are allowed without prior arrangement.

Men must always use the toilet seated, the bathroom must be left clean after everything has been sprayed and then dried.
We take turns buying toilet paper and paper to dry our hands and rubbing faucets, sinks, bathtubs and mirrors dry after using the bathroom.
Laundry costs €4,-- per 9 kg drum, in which you can normally get all your laundry, including white, clean in a cold wash cycle at 20 degrees.
Visits are preferably online. The amount of the deposit depends on the length of stay of the subtenant.
