Ich vermiete das größte der drei Zimmer in der Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Es ist mit einem größeren Bett ausgestattet, das Platz für zwei Personen bietet. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Zimmer über einen brandneuen und großen Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. 50 Meter zum nächsten Park und 50 Meter zur nächsten U-Bahnstation. Die U-Bahn-Station liegt nur zwei Stationen nördlich des Hauptbahnhofs. Sowohl Rewe als auch Lidl sind 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch Alte und Moderne Pinakotek, Königsplatz und Englischer Garten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wie bereits erwähnt, verfügt die Wohnung über drei Zimmer. Einer von ihnen bleibt während der Mietzeit in der Wohnung. Ich und die dritte Person reisen nach Norwegen und sind bis zum 1. Oktober weg.
Strom, Heizung und WI-FI sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Ich bevorzuge, dass Anfragen auf Englisch verfasst werden. Wenn das ein Problem sein sollte, geht auch Deutsch.
