Die Wohnung hat neben der Küche direkt eine Diele, Esszimmer oder auch Meeting Point.
Dort befindet sich auch der Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5ten Stock und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und höflich, doch etwas empfindlich wenns nach 22 Uhr immernoch "laut" ist.
Du bist mit der Ubahn in max. 25 min am HBF und der nächste Wald ist auch nur ca 5min zu Fuß(Mala freut sich immer auf nen Spaziergang❤️).
Vor der Tür ( Sudermann Zentrum) gibt nen Edeka, Shishabar + Dönerbude, Türkischer Supermarkt, Apotheke, Getränke Markt, Bäcker, Tedi & und Kik.
Aldi und Lidl sind ca 5 min weit weg ( gleich neben dem Krankenhaus Neuperlach),
Ca. 7 min ist das Einkaufszentrum Pep und die U-Bahn Station Neuperlach Zentrum entfernt.
Also jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ich arbeite viel und bin Abends oft platt :)
Deshalb mag ichs abends gerne ruhig.
Freu mich total auf einen Austausch in der Küche, doch bin auch gerne mal alleine 😬
Mir ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig, deshalb kommt jeden 2ten Sonntag eine Reinigungskraft.
Diese kosten kommen noch extra: 60 Euro pro Besuch, kosten werden geteilt! 🧽🧹
