I'm renting my room from the start of December. You can anmelden at KVR when you move in.
The house is located around U6 Kieferngarten and Freimanm, it takes around 12min walking to the U-Bahn station. There's also bus station in the range of 7min walking. It's very good location especially if you study at Tum Campus Garching. You can arrive at Garching Forschungszentrum in 25min, 35min to Tum main campus or LMU campus(better to have a bike to go to ubahn station, takes less time for sure).
The room is at top floor (2nd) and is in the middle of a residential area, it's very clean and quiet throughout the day. The room is not very big, but cozy enough to live for a long time. The apartment is relatively large including public areas such as kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Your flatmate is a student from Tum and he is very easygoing. Costs for existing furnitures is gone now, as a discount:)
