Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, Küche, WC und Bad auf 100qm. Eins davon bewohne ich, eins Du und das dritte ist ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche, das als Ess/Wohnzimmer funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank und einem Regal. Ich hab auch noch eine Einzelmatratze, ein Schubladenschränkchen und einen Schreibtisch im Keller. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell und luftig. Das Bad ist recht klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet.

Mitten im Westend, ein paar Meter von der U-Bahn Schwanthalerhöhe. In 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Stachus, 20 Min zur Uni (Rad oder U-Bahn). Tolle Restaurants, Leute auf der Strasse, Cafes, ca 10 Supermärkte, einer davon Bio, ein Reformhaus, zwei Abenteuerspielplätze, 5 Dönerbuden, eine gentrifizierende Eisdiele, zwei normale Eisdielen etc.
Ich arbeite häufig im Ausland und studiere nebenbei noch Musikwissenschaft fertig. WG-Leben. Keine Zweck WG, keine Stress WG, sondern normal.
