Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stockwerk und ist vor ca. 2 Jahren renoviert worden. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, kleiner Esstisch usw.). Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Laminat Fußboden und ist 12qm groß. Das Fenster liegt zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Außerdem gibt es ein Kellerabteil und eine Garage für Fahrräder.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Herzog-Ernst-Platz oder Ganghoferbrücke) liegt 3 min Fußweg entfernt. Die U-Bahnstationen Schwanthalerhöhe oder Poccistraße sind mit dem Bus in zwei Stationen bzw. nach 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt und Bäcker sind um die Ecke.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin ungefähr in meinem Alter (26 Jahre). Ich bin berufstätig und deshalb nur abends oder am Wochenende Zuhause. Ich suche aber keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine Mitbewohnerin mit der man abends gerne mal kochen oder quatschen kann.
