Die Wohnung ist eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Küche mit Essbereich.
Das vermietete Zimmer ist 15qm groß, hat ein bodentiefes Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2023 renoviert und neu ausgestattet worden.
Das Bad ist mit Badewanne.
Im Keller sind Waschmaschine und ein kleines Kellerabteil vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Familien Viertel mit nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM, Rossmann, Rewe, Lidl, Penny) sind alle ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bäckereien, Cafés und Restaurant sind auch in der Nähe. Zum Bus läuft man 3 Minuten und zur U6 ca. 10 Minuten, die S7 ist auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ich bin eine 26 jährige Tourismus Studentin und vermiete mein 2. Zimmer ab September/Oktober unter.
Ich bin in München aufgewachsen und wohne seit Januar in der Wohnung.
Ich freue mich über eine Mitbewohnerin mit der man nicht nur zum Zweck zusammen wohnt, sondern gerne auch mal zusammen Kaffee trinkt, kocht und sich gegenseitig unterstützt.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig, vor allem da die Wohnung frisch renoviert und die meisten Möbel neu sind.
Ansonsten bin ich recht unkompliziert, kommunikativ, offen und eine Mischung aus aktiv und faul.
