Das Zimmer hat einen großen Balkon und ist zur Westseite ausgerichtet. Dadurch hat man im 4. Stock einen super Blick am Abend.
Es ist großzügig geschnitten.
Im Vertrag enthalten sind ein Tisch, Ledercouch in schwarz und 4 Stühle.
Außerdem ist ein Aufzug vorhanden :)
Super Verkehrsanbindung - sbahn und ubahn 10 min zu Fuß. Bus 5 min zu Fuß.
Super nah am Westpark- man fällt quasi in den Park, wenn man das Haus verlässt.
Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die offen ist und kein Problem damit hat, wenn hin und wieder Freunde eingeladen werden.
Super wäre, wenn man ab und zu was unternimmt wie zum Beispiel kochen, Filme schauen oder Volleyball spielen. Bin aber eigentlich offen für alles Mögliche.
Aktuell arbeite ich im Einkauf bei der DB.
Alles Weitere kann man ja besprechen :)
