To those who don't take the time to read: We're looking for a person above Age 25, you will be living with (A) DOG(S)! Lease max. 2 Years!
English version below
-------------------------------------------

ROOM:
My Partner and I are looking for a nice person to rent a room in our apartment, because I am moving to the other end of Germany for about 2 years, due to my job. The rental period is therefore unfortunately limited, but we're a little flexible on that. For someone who is looking for a permanent place to stay, probably rather unsuitable. But of course, this also allows shorter rental periods, such as for an internship.
The room (15sqm) will probably be unfurnished (unless you don't have your own furniture, in which case we will definitely find a solution). Accordingly, the pictures in the Add, don't resemble the furniture in your future room.
The stove, by the way, is also new by now and we have a dishwasher.
LOCATION:
There is a bus right outside the front door (a night bus also stops here), but the nearest subway stations can also be reached by foot in a maximum of 10 minutes (Harras, Implerstraße, Poccistraße --> U3/U6).
Perhaps the Theresienwiese should be mentioned, which can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes, in addition, the Westpark is just around the corner and the Isar is also not eternally far.
Close by you will find a Penny, Edeka, Bioladen, DM, pharmacies, restaurants, Saturdays is always market just around the corner...
WG:
First of all you should have no problem with dogs! Lars (your future roommate) has a dog (Nazar) and I will surely visit once or twice with my two greyhounds :)
Nazar is very friendly, playful but not pushy and well behaved. The same goes for my two dogs.
Lars is an architect, likes to go hiking in the mountains in his spare time, climbing and on vacation the surfboard is always part of the game. The apartment is unfortunately not 100% WG suitable, because one room (not yours) is the passage to the kitchen, this would Lars' room, but you will always have access to the kitchen! I moved into this apartment with a roommate back then and that has always worked out well. A few arrangements are important, of course, but that shouldn't be a problem. Besides, you'll probably have the apartment to yourself often enough (keyword long-distance relationship :D ).
The WG is definitely not a party WG, but there is almost always time for an after-work beer. The apartment is located in a building with some studios, and a large event area, where from time to time the one or other event takes place. There is also a large court, where after consultation with Lars could be parked if necessary. The garden may be used, eg for barbecues, etc..
