Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß mit einem großen Fenster Richtung Osten und zu einem Innenhof. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Schlafsofa, einen Schrank und einem Schreibtisch.
PS: Die Einrichtung auf den Fotos ist vom Vormieter. Ich wohne aktuell noch nicht in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt in Thalkirchen ca. 1min entfernt von der U-Bahn Station. Mit dieser erreicht man die Innenstadt in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Isar und der Flaucher ist zu Fuß in guten 5 Minuten erreichbar. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind höchstens 5 min entfernt. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants. Der Tierpark Hellabrunn ist ebenfalls sehr nah.
Ich (Simon) bin 25 Jahre alt und arbeite Vollzeit als Elektroniker. Außerdem studiere ich berufsbegleitend und bin deswegen auch viel am Lernen. Für ein Bierchen und Fußball schauen bin ich immer zu haben, ganz nach dem Motto „alles kann, nichts muss“. Sonst mache ich viel Sport, gehe gern wandern und in Bars. Ich freue mich von dir zu hören :)
