wir suchen eine:n Zwischenmieter:in von Mai bis August 2023, für ein schönes 20qm Zimmer, da ich (Zimmerinhaberin) eine längere Radreise unternehmen möchte. Wir wohnen zu zweit in einer tollen Wohnung (75qm) in Obersendling. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und meine Mitbewohnerin würde sich freuen, wenn Ihr Interesse habt an gemeinsamen Unternehmungen oder auch mal einen gemütlichen Abend zuhause. Aber natürlich hat auch jede:r seinen/ihren Freiraum,
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock eines Altbaus (ohne Aufzug ;D ), wir haben eine kleine Küche, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC, sowie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer – welches wir gerne für WG Abende oder für Yoga nutzen 😊. Zudem gibt es einen gemeinschaftlichen Innenhof, der im Sommer ein beliebtes Plätzchen für Picknicks oder zum Entspannen in der Sonne ist.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 20qm, dieses ist voll möbliert (siehe Fotos). Falls Euch Möbel nicht gefalle oder ihr andere Möbel mitbringen wollt dürft ihr gerne Euch selbst verwirklichen und meine Möbel solange in den Keller räumen 😊
Die Miete beträgt 650€ warm, mit Telefon und Internet.

we are looking for an interim tenant from May to August 2023, for a nice 20sqm room, as I (room owner) want to go on a longer bike trip. We (two friends) live together in a great apartment (75sqm) in Obersendling. We like to spen time together and my roommate would be happy if you are interested in joint ventures or even a cozy evening at home. But of course everyone has their own space.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an old building (without elevator ;D ), we have a small kitchen, a small bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet, as well as a cozy living room - which we like to use for joint evenings or for yoga 😊. In addition, there is a communal courtyard, which is a popular place for picnics or relaxing in the sun in the summer.
The room for rent has 20sqm and is fully furnished (see photos). If you do not like furniture or you want to bring other furniture you are welcome to realize yourself and put my furniture in the basement for the time you're here 😊
The rent is 650€ including electricity, telephone and internet.
Die U-Bahn (U3) ist nur drei Minuten und die S-Bahn (S7) nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ab da sind es nur noch 10 Minuten zum Marienplatz. Auch gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Dm, Lidl, Alnatura, Basic...) um die Ecke. Zudem haben wir ein paar gute Restaurants in der Nähe, wobei man sagen muss, dass wir eher in einer ruhigen Ecke wohnen.
Die Isar ist mit dem Rad fünf Minuten entfernt, was wir im Sommer immer sehr genießen – da die Isar zu unserem zweiten zuhause wurde.
The subway (U3) is only three minutes away and the S-Bahn (S7) is only a 4 minutes walk, from there it is 10 minutes to Marienplatz. There are also numerous shopping options (Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Dm, Lidl, Alnatura, Basic...) around the corner. In addition, we have a few good restaurants nearby, although it must be said that we live rather in a quiet region.
The Isar is five minutes away by bike, which we always enjoy in the summer - as the Isar became our second home.
Meine / Deine Mitbewohnerin Eva ist 30 Jahre jung, sie macht sehr gerne Sport (Krafttraining, Yoga, Surfen, Radfahren, Tuchakrobatik, Wandern…), sie ist fast für jede Sportart zu begeistern ;)
Eines ihrer Hobbys, wovon die WG immer wieder profitiert, ist alte Möbel restaurieren bzw. gleich selbst bauen. Zudem ist Eva super gerne in der Natur unterwegs, entweder beim wandern oder mit ihrem anderen kleinen zuhause, ihrem umgebauten Caddy.
Vom Beruf ist sie Pharmazeutin und in der Forschung tätig.
Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG, weshalb die WG-Partys (leider) eher zur Vergangenheit gehören ;)

My / your roommate Eva is 30 years young, she likes doing sports (weight lifting, yoga, surfing, cycling, areal acrobatics, hiking...), she is enthusiastic about almost any sport ;)
One of her hobbies, which the flat often benefits from, is restoring old furniture or building it herself right away. In addition, Eva is super happy to be out in nature, either hiking or with her other little second home, her converted Caddy-Camper.
By profession she is a pharmacist and works in research.
We are full-time employed, which is why flat parties are (unfortunately) rather a thing of the past ;)
