Hi all! I’ll be going on a trip for the month of November so I’m subletting my room from the 31st of October to the 28th of November. 😊
The location is absolutely beautiful - It’s right above a cinema (how fun!!!), there is a Rewe across the street, and a bunch of other groceries like Penny, Norma, DM and Edeka are a few minutes away walking. There’s also the farmers market at Rotkreuzplatz of course. The connection from this place are great, there’s a bus station in fromt of our door (153, 53, 63), the U1and U7 are a few minutes away by foot, as well as the tram 12, 16, and 17.
The area is just really pretty to walk around, there’s a bunch of beautiful streets and small cafes and great restaurants pretty much everywhere 😊
Currently we are 5 people in the WG, which sounds a lot but in never feels like that. Since we all have some sort of work or study obligations we’re rarely in eachothers way, but we definitely enjoy spending time together, whether it’s planned or spontaneous. Everyone is the flat is really relaxed and super friendly, so hanging out always comes naturally. We try to make sure the place stays tidy and presentable by having some sort of cleaning schedule or verbal agreement. Most of the time our meeting spot is the kitchen and ….the balcony! 😃
