I am happy about society, but I also enjoy my privacy. Night parties, loud music are not contemporary, but a friendly, respectful interaction with each other, as well as consideration for the neighbors
If you have regular overnight stays and guests, I'm afraid it doesn't fit.
Commonly usable areas such as kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean.
The apartment has a large bathroom with daylight, sink, bathtub, washing machine.

The multi-family house is located in the heart of Schwabing. 2 minutes to Bonnerplatz underground.
Supermarkets (Net, Rewe, Bakers and many other shops are just around the corner.

Wichtig ist mir eine offene Kommunikation, damit man sich nicht aus dem Weg gehen muss.
Ich freue mich über Gesellschaft, genieße aber auch meine Privatsphäre. Nächtliche Parties, laute Musik sind nicht zeitgemäß, dafür aber ein freundlich, respektvoller Umgang miteinander, ebenso wie Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn
Wenn du regelmäßig Übernachtungsbesuch und Gäste hast, passt es bei mir leider nicht.
Gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Bereiche wie Küche und Bad sind modern und sauber.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Tageslicht, Waschbecken, Badewanne, Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen gemütlichen Essbereich
Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt im Herzen von Schwabing. 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn Bonnerplatz.
Supermärkte (Netto, Rewe, Bäcker sowie zahlreiche andere Geschäfte sind gleich um die Ecke.
