Location
The apartment is close to the aasee balls and is therefore very well connected. To the castle you drive by bike about 5 minutes, to the train station about 10 minutes. The apartment
The WG is located in the 2nd OG of a multi-family house in which young people or the elderly live. In the “Hof” there is the possibility to bike. If you want to close it off, you could take it to the basement. There each apartment has a small compartment for storing.
The area of the apartment is distributed over a hallway, the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and the two bedrooms. In addition, we have a small balcony, but there are not really more than 2-3 people. But for herbs or a breakfast in the summer it is completely enough. The kitchen connected to the balcony is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and thermomix. Next to the kitchen is the living room with dining table and couch. Your future room can be reached from the hallway. The large, bright room includes a bed and darkening for the windows, which in summer also keep the heat. For the bed (incl. mattress and slat rust) and the darkenings, as well as some furniture from the apartment (e.g. couch, wardrobe, bathroom furniture, mirror in the hallway,...) I would like to have a discount of 180 euros.

Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Aaseekugeln und ist damit sehr gut angebunden. Bis zum Schloss fährt man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten, bis zum Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten. Es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Bus überall hinzukommen. Eine der Bushaltestellen ist fußläufig nur 1 Minute entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Rewe, Netto oder Dm lassen sich in kürzester Zeit erreichen.

Die Wohnung
Die WG befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, in dem junge Menschen bzw. Stundeten wohnen. Im „Hof“ gibt es die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad abzustellen. Falls du es lieber wegschließen möchtest, könntest du es auch in den Keller bringen. Dort hat jede Wohnung einen kleinen Abteil zum Lagern.
Die Fläche der Wohnung verteilt sich auf einen Flur, das Badezimmer, die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafzimmer. Zusätzlich haben wir einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem aber nicht wirklich mehr als 2-3 Personen Platz haben. Für Kräuter oder ein Frühstück im Sommer reicht er aber vollkommen aus. Die an den Balkon angeschlossene Küche ist mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Thermomix gut ausgestattet. Neben der Küche befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Couch. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist vom Flur aus zu erreichen. Das große, helle Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett und Verdunklungen für die Fenster, die im Sommer zusätzlich auch die Wärme abhalten. Für das Bett (inkl. Matratze und Lattenrost) und die Verdunklungen, sowie einige Möbel aus der Wohnung (z.B. Couch, Garderobe, Badezimmermöbel, Spiegel im Flur,...) hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 180 Euro.
