Your room has about 17sqm and is cut cheaply so you can get right with size. In addition, the room is beautifully bright through the large windows.
In the entire house are also exclusively WGs.
The apartment is fully furnished, including washing and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with bathtub incl. Shower and a separate toilet, which facilitates stress-free living with four residents.
Dein Zimmer hat rund 17qm und ist günstig geschnitten, so dass man mit der Größe gut zu Recht kommt. Zudem ist das Zimmer durch die großen Fenster schön hell.
Im gesamten Haus befinden sich ebenfalls ausschließlich WGs.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, inklusive Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne inkl. Dusche und ein separates WC, was das stressfreie Zusammenleben bei vier Bewohnern erleichtert.
The WG is located in the south quarter. Directly opposite is a rewe and also to Aldi, Edeka and DM it is not far.
On Hammer Straße you will find everything else you need. Banks, bakers, restaurants, tailors and co. are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is not 200m away and by bike you are in 10 minutes in the city centre, at the main station, at the Aasee and at the port.
Nevertheless, the apartment is close to Hammer Street, you don't get much from the car noise.
Die WG liegt im Südviertel. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Rewe und auch zu Aldi, Edeka und DM ist es nicht weit.
Auf der Hammer Straße findet man eigentlich alles was man sonst noch braucht. Banken, Bäcker, Restaurants, Schneider und Co. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist keine 200m entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, am Hauptbahnhof, am Aasee und am Hafen.
Trotzdem die Wohnung nah an der Hammer Straße liegt, bekommt man vom Autolärm nicht viel mit.

Wir sitzen gerne gemeinsam in der Küche und labern, kochen oder trinken was. Für den Sommer ist der Südpark perfekt, der keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Einen funktionierenden Putzplan haben wir auch. :)
