Hello and welcome to our WG! Here are Chiara, Ramona and Julz, who have found themselves in our harmonious WG.
We're looking for someone to go to the intermediate rent when Henning moves to his girlfriend in the summer. Unfortunately, the WG has to dissolve after that. Chiara, Ramona and Julz are also looking for accommodation and it is unclear when they find something.
This results in an unclear length of the period you can live here.
It is clear: from 1st July (if necessary a little earlier) the room is free and you can stay here for at least three months.
Depending on when Chiara, Julz and Ramona find a new apartment, you can also have the room longer.
Hallo und herzlich willkommen in unserer WG! Hier sind Chiara, Ramona und Julz, die sich in unserer harmonischen WG gefunden haben.
Wir suchen jemanden zur Zwischenmiete, da Henning im Sommer zu seiner Freundin zieht. Leider muss sich die WG danach auflösen. Chiara, Ramona und Julz sind somit auch auf Wohnungssuche und es ist unklar, wann sie etwas finden.
Dadurch ergibt sich eine unklare Länge des Zeitraums, den du hier wohnen kannst.
Klar ist: Ab dem 01.07. (wenn nötig auch etwas früher) ist das Zimmer frei und drei Monate kannst du hier mindestens wohnen.
Je nach dem, wann Chiara, Julz und Ramona eine neue Wohnung finden, kann es auch sein, dass du das Zimmer auch länger haben kannst.
The apartment is located in the beautiful South Quarter, close to the South Park.
Thus, the ÖPNV and all conceivable shopping facilities can be reached in 3 minutes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Südviertel, in nächster Nähe zum Südpark.
Somit sind der ÖPNV und alle erdenklichem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Chiara, 29 years old and doctor of sociology, brings not only academic brilliance, but also culinary delights to the kitchen. Cooking and baking are their passions.
Ramona (29) has lived here for almost 6 years. Originally landed here because of her studies, she has now found her place in the world of work. It is constantly on the go – be it at the bacon board, football, jogging or on its latest companion, the Gravelbike. In the leisure time you often meet them with relaxing walks, cozy coffee tours or even at one or other party.
Julz (29) completes the trio. With his enthusiasm for beach volleyball, bacon board and fitness, he is the sports expert in our midst. Games evenings and joint ventures with friends are high in the course.
We look forward to a(n) reliable roommate(s) who brings a positive and friendly dynamic. 😊
Chiara, 29 Jahre alt und Doktorin der Soziologie, bringt nicht nur akademische Brillanz, sondern auch kulinarische Genüsse in die Küche. Kochen und Backen sind ihre Leidenschaften.
Ramona (29) wohnt seit fast 6 Jahren hier. Ursprünglich wegen des Studiums hier gelandet, hat sie nun ihren Platz in der Arbeitswelt gefunden. Sportlich unterwegs ist sie ständig – sei es beim Speckbrett, Fußball, Joggen oder auf ihrem neuesten Gefährt, dem Gravelbike. In der Freizeit trifft man sie oft bei entspannten Spaziergängen, gemütlichen Kaffeerunden oder auch auf der ein oder anderen Party.
Julz (29) rundet das Trio ab. Mit seiner Begeisterung für Beachvolleyball, Speckbrett und Fitness ist er der Sportexperte in unserer Mitte. Spieleabende und gemeinsame Unternehmungen mit Freunden stehen hoch im Kurs.
Wir freuen wir uns auf eine(n) zuverlässige(n) Mitbewohner(in), die oder der eine positive und freundliche Dynamik mitbringt. 😊
