Hallo zusammen,
ich ziehe Ende November aus meiner alten Wohnung aus, da ich näher an meiner Arbeitsstelle wohnen möchte. Du würdest dann mit Sandra zusammenwohnen, meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin, die gerne in der Wohnung bleiben wird :). Wir haben ein Jahr zusammengelebt und eine schöne Freundschaft aufgebaut. Ich bin trauig, dass ich nicht weiter mit ihr zusammenwohnen werde, denn sie ist ein sehr lieber und angenehmer Mensch. In der WG gab es immer Respekt und Rücksichtnahme für und auf die andere Person und deren Raum. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch schön hell. Das Parkett unterstützt die gemütliche Atmosphäre und durch die Lage im 1. OG haben wir kein Problem mit kalten Böden. Voraussichtlich werde ich einen Teil, ggf. auch alle Möbel im Zimmer lassen. Darüber und über den Preis würden wir uns einigen.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit einem Esstisch, Platz zum Kochen und für die ein oder andere nette Unterhaltung.
Wir haben einen Balkon mit Ausrichtung zur Südseite hin auf den den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Allgemein sind alle Fenster (und das sind viele) zur Südseite hin gerichtet. Der Innenhof ist sehr ruhig und man kann mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, was für die Innenstadt wirklich Luxus ist. :) Die Waschmaschine steht im Bad.
Die angegebene Kaltmiete ist was ich aktuell bezahle und wird laut der Vermieter voraussichtlich gleich bleiben. Die Kaltmiete enthält alle Kosten außer Strom, Internet und den Rundfunkbeitrag, welche separat bezahlt werden. Die hierfür veranschlagten 60€ sind eine Schätzung, da wir im Prozess sind einen neuen Stromvertrag abzuschließen.
Erzähle ein bisschen über dich und wie du dir ein Zusammenleben vorstellst beziehungsweise worauf du dabei Wert legst. Schreibe gerne auf Deutsch, English oder Spanisch.

Hi all,
I am moving out of my old apartment at the end of November because I want to live closer to my workplace. You would be living with Sandra, my current roommate, who will happily stay in the apartment :). We lived together for a year and built a beautiful friendship. I am sad that I will not continue to live with her because she is a very nice and pleasant person. In the flat, we always had respect and consideration for each other for each person's space. I appreciated that very much.
The room has two large windows which let in a lot of sunlight. The parquet adds to the cozy atmosphere and due to the location on the 1st floor we have no problem with cold floors. I will leave a part, maybe all the furniture in the room. We would come to an agreement on this and on the price for it.
The apartment has a kitchen with a dining table, space for cooking, and a nice conversation every now and then.
We have a balcony facing south with sunshine all day. In general, all the windows (and there are many) are facing the south side. The courtyard is very quiet and you can sleep with open windows, which is a real luxury for the city center. :) We have a washing machine in the bathroom.
The indicated rent is what I am currently paying and that is expected to stay the same according to the landlords. The cold rent includes all costs except electricity, internet, and the broadcasting fee, which are paid separately. The 60€ estimated for this is an estimate, as we are currently in the process of signing a new electricity contract.

In der nähren Umgebung gibt es einen Rewe und Netto, mit der Öffentlichen sind auch Aldi, DM, Kaufland und Co. gut zu erreichen. Außerdem befinden sich Arztpraxen, Bäckereien, Restaurants und sonstige Nahversorgung in der Nähe.
Zu Fuß sind es zu den Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 6 wenige Minuten und zum Bahnhof Steinbühl ca. 10 Minuten. Plärrer, Aufseßplatz bzw. der Hauptbahnhof lassen sich von dort gut und schnell erreichen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist, wie erwähnt, ruhig und so lassen sich schöne Stunden auf dem Balkon verbringen. Vom Straßenlärm bekommt man hier nicht viel mit.

In the vicinity, there is a Rewe and Netto. Aldi, DM, Kaufland, and others are easy to reach with public transport. In addition, there are medical practices, bakeries, restaurants, and other local amenities close by.
It takes only a few minutes to walk to the tram lines 4 and 6 and about 10 minutes to Steinbühl train station. Plärrer, Aufseßplatz as well as the main train station can be reached quickly and easily from there.
The neighborhood is, as mentioned, calm and therefore you can spend nice hours on the balcony. You won't hear much of the street noise here.
Deine Mitbewohnerin Sandra macht einen Master in Digital Humanities und arbeitet als HiWi an der Uni. Sie ist, wie ich, ein sociable introvert. Das heißt, für sie ist die Wohnung ein Ort der Ruhe und zum Entspannen. Von der* neuen Mitbewohner*in würde sie sich wünschen, dass diese* das auch so sieht.
Zusammengelebt hat sie bereits mit den verschiedensten Menschen und findet, dass beidseitige Kommunikation und Kompromissbereitschaft zentral für ein gutes Miteinander sind. Gerne würde sie wieder eine* aufgeschlossene* Mitbewohner*in für ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben finden.
Noch zu erwähnen ist: Solltest du Probleme damit haben, dass jeder Mensch seine eigene und für sich beste Lebensweise wählt und Veganismus für dich ein rotes Tuch sein, ist das nicht die richtige WG für dich. Auch Rassismus, Sexismus, Ableismus und sonstige diskriminierende Ismen haben in dieser Wohnung keinen Platz.

Your roommate Sandra is a Master's student in Digital Humanities and works as a Student Research Assistant at the university. Like me, she is a sociable introvert. This means that for her, the apartment is a place of peace and relaxation. She would love for her new flatmate to think the same way.
She has lived with a wide variety of people and believes that communication and a willingness to compromise on both sides are central to good cohabitation. She would love to yet again find an open-minded roommate for relaxed and respectful flat sharing.
One more thing to mention: If you have problems accepting people with different lifestyles and veganism is a red rag to you, this is not the right flatshare. Also, racism, sexism, ableism, and other discriminatory isms have no place in this apartment.
