Hallo zusammen,

ich ziehe Ende November aus meiner alten Wohnung aus, da ich näher an meiner Arbeitsstelle wohnen möchte. Du würdest dann mit Sandra zusammenwohnen, meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin, die gerne in der Wohnung bleiben wird :). Wir haben ein Jahr zusammengelebt und eine schöne Freundschaft aufgebaut. Ich bin trauig, dass ich nicht weiter mit ihr zusammenwohnen werde, denn sie ist ein sehr lieber und angenehmer Mensch. In der WG gab es immer Respekt und Rücksichtnahme für und auf die andere Person und deren Raum. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt.

Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch schön hell. Das Parkett unterstützt die gemütliche Atmosphäre und durch die Lage im 1. OG haben wir kein Problem mit kalten Böden. Voraussichtlich werde ich einen Teil, ggf. auch alle Möbel im Zimmer lassen. Darüber und über den Preis würden wir uns einigen.

Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit einem Esstisch, Platz zum Kochen und für die ein oder andere nette Unterhaltung.
Wir haben einen Balkon mit Ausrichtung zur Südseite hin auf den den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Allgemein sind alle Fenster (und das sind viele) zur Südseite hin gerichtet. Der Innenhof ist sehr ruhig und man kann mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, was für die Innenstadt wirklich Luxus ist. :) Die Waschmaschine steht im Bad.

Die angegebene Kaltmiete ist was ich aktuell bezahle und wird laut der Vermieter voraussichtlich gleich bleiben. Die Kaltmiete enthält alle Kosten außer Strom, Internet und den Rundfunkbeitrag, welche separat bezahlt werden. Die hierfür veranschlagten 60€ sind eine Schätzung, da wir im Prozess sind einen neuen Stromvertrag abzuschließen.

Hi all,

I am moving out of my old apartment at the end of November because I want to live closer to my workplace. You would be living with Sandra, my current roommate, who will happily stay in the apartment :). We lived together for a year and built a beautiful friendship. I am sad that I will not continue to live with her because she is a very nice and pleasant person. In the flat, we always had respect and consideration for each other for each person's space. I appreciated that very much.

The room has two large windows which let in a lot of sunlight. The parquet adds to the cozy atmosphere and due to the location on the 1st floor we have no problem with cold floors. I will leave a part, maybe all the furniture in the room. We would come to an agreement on this and on the price for it.

The apartment has a kitchen with a dining table, space for cooking, and a nice conversation every now and then.
We have a balcony facing south with sunshine all day. In general, all the windows (and there are many) are facing the south side. The courtyard is very quiet and you can sleep with open windows, which is a real luxury for the city center. :) We have a washing machine in the bathroom.

The indicated rent is what I am currently paying and that is expected to stay the same according to the landlords. The cold rent includes all costs except electricity, internet, and the broadcasting fee, which are paid separately. The 60€ estimated for this is an estimate, as we are currently in the process of signing a new electricity contract.
