I am moving to erlangen closer to my lab and hence i have to leave my beautiful room. Its approximately 18m2 by iphone measure app but its definetly bigger than this. The room has perfectly working heater. It has everything you need- 2m length and 1.5m wide bed with huge storage capacity for clothes , A sofa , movable coat hanger stand, A desk , chair , two tables , a trash bin and 3 lamps. It is very quiet and comfy having two large windows with curtains and everything. Already included in rent - internet, energy and electricity. However one should not overuse this things and always try to protect the resources.

It is just 1 minute away from tram connectivity both towards doku zentrum and nuremberg hbf . It is just 7 mins by tram to nuremberg hbf. And connectivity is very often. It is located at baldurstrasse , nuremberg. It is very peaceful and cute area.

I am leaving out by 31st may and hence i need to give details to landlord as soon as possible.
for this i need your - ID, your working contract confirmation , your financial statement(confidential) this is just to confirm that you can pay your rent on time. Usually its by 3rd of month.
Since i am working in labs whole time , i will be able to view the apartment over call , or if you want in person viewing you are welcome over weekend.
