Ich, fast 20, suche ab 1.Januar 2007 eine nette und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin für eine nette 2er WG. Da ich in keiner Zweck-WG wohnen möchte wär es natürlich schön wenn man ab und zu mal was zusammen unternehmen könnte oder mal einen gemütlichen WG Abend macht;)
Zur Wohnung:
- Altbau, wird jedoch gerade komplett renoviert (neuer Lamitnatboden, neues Bad...ein Traum*g*)
- ca. 75m2
- sehr helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
- direkte Nähe zur FH und Uni
- S-Bahn und U-Bahnhaltestelle Rathenauplatz
- unmöbliert
- großes Gemeinschaftszimmer
- 4. OG
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 24 m2 groß und ebenfalls sehr hell. Da die Wohnung noch komplett unmöbliert ist, wäre es cool wenn du vielleicht ein paar Möbel oder was man halt so braucht mitbringen könntest;)
Die Kaution von 800 Euro wird geteilt, d.h. du müsstest 400 Euro übernehmen.
