Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und hat 3,30m hohe Decken.
Durch die großen Fenster in Richtung Süd-Osten ist es auch den ganzen Tag über sehr hell. 🌞
Bis auf die Gardinen(+stangen) würde das Zimmer unmöbliert übergeben werden.
Gegen einen kleinen Abschlag kann außerdem das Bett übernommen werden.
Im Zimmer ist helles Laminat verlegt und die Wände sind erst vor ein paar Monaten neu weiß gestrichen worden. 🧑‍🎨

In der Wohnung gibt es ein weiteres Zimmer zur allgemeinen Verfügung in dem aktuell noch ein Sofa steht.
Das Zimmer wird aber aktuell hauptsächlich für das Trocknen der Wäsche genutzt.
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine separate Toilette neben dem eigentlichen Badezimmer.
Dazu gibt es einen Garten mit Dachterrasse und einen Fahrradunterstand, der mit den 4 weiteren Wohnungen im Gebäude gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. :)

Bisher hatten wir weitestgehend unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe sodass man sich jeden Tag über den Weg gelaufen ist, aber wenn alle da sind kommt man gerne in der Küche zusammen!
