In der WG leben Jan, Usman, Trang, Dear und Mika (ich).
Kurz gesagt: Wenn man etwas machen möchte oder sich unterhalten möchte, ist meistens jemand in der Küche zum reden. Man kann hier aber auch seine Ruhe haben und wird nicht gestört.
Da wir eine gemischte WG sind, kann man sich in der Küche auch mal auf englisch unterhalten, wenn man möchte. Es können aber auch alle deutsch. Es ist sehr spannend sich zu unterhalten, da man andere Kulturen und Sichtweisen kennenlernen kann, mit denen man sonst nur in Berührung kommen würde, wenn man in ein Land reist.

In the shared flat live Jan, Usman, Trang, Dear and Mika (me).
In short, if you want to do something or talk, there is usually someone in the kitchen to talk to. But you can also have your peace and quiet here and you won't be disturbed.
Since we are a mixed WG, you can also talk in English in the kitchen if you want. But everyone can also speak German. It is very exciting to talk because you can get to know other cultures and points of view that you would otherwise only come into contact with when you travel to a country.
Kurz noch zu mir:
Ich bin Mika, studiere Informatik im Master und werden zu dem genannten Zeitraum ein Auslandssemester in den USA machen und suche deshalb für dieses Zimmer einen Untermieter.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der WG, da sie ein sehr angenehmes Zusammenleben und eine gute Lage zu einem sehr guten Preis bietet. Den Bewohnerparkplatz kann man für 15€ im Monat buchen. Ein Fahrrad kann man sicher im Fahrradkeller abschließen.
Der befristete Mietvertrag wird über das Studentenwohnheim laufen. Ich bin sozusagen nur der Vermittler.
Es handelt sich bei dem Zimmer um Zimmernummer 1.

Shortly about me:
I am Mika, studying computer science in the master and will do a semester abroad in the USA to the mentioned period and therefore I am looking for a subtenant for this room.
I am very satisfied with the WG, because it offers a very pleasant living together and a good location at a very good price.
Resident parking is available for 15€ per month. A bicycle can be safely locked in the bicycle cellar.
The temporary lease will be through the dormitory. I am so to say only the mediator.
The room is room number 1.
