Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Hafen von Cala-Ratjada. Damit ist sie sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Das Meer ist fußläufig in knapp 100 Metern erreichbar. Cala Ratjada ist bekannt für seine wunderschöne Promenade entlang des Meeres vom Strand Cala Gat bis zum Strand Son Moll. Außerdem gilt der wunderschöne und naturbelassene Strand Cala Agulla unter Mallorca Liebhabern als einer der Schönsten der ganzen Insel. In nur 15 Minuten ist er genau wie Supermärkte zum Einkauf von Lebensmitteln zum täglichen Bedarf erreichbar.

Sauberkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und direkte Kommunikation ist mir sehr wichtig für das Zusammenleben.
