Mit 15qm und einer Dachschräge ist das Zimmer natürlich nicht all zu groß. Dafür hat es vier schöne Fenster und ist damit sehr hell. Momentan nutze ich es als Büro. Jedoch räume ich alles außer den Schreibtisch und das eine Regal raus, wenn du willst. Die Möbel kannst du natürlich dann nutzen. Auf den Bildern siehst du also die ungeschönte, aktuelle Situation. :D
Die Wohnung liegt in Radebeul Ost. Der Bahnhof ist in fünf Gehminuten zu erreichen und die Haltestelle der 4 in ca.10min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es noch und nöcher.:)
Der Elbepark ist auch mit Fahrrad in 10min zu erreichen.
So dann kurz zu meiner Person. Mein Name ist Maxine, bin 26 Jahre und Referendarin. Mit mir leben hier noch zwei sehr liebe Katzen. Ich bin sportlich und koche sehr gern. Am Wochenende ist mein Freund hier. Auch ein umgänglicher Typ.:D
