It is a rental of the room. The lease runs between me and the landlord. You'd give me the rent a month and I'd pass it on to the tenant. In addition, I would like to sign a rental contract with you to ensure that the rental is good.

Für den Mietvertrag:
Es handelt sich um eine Untermietung des Zimmers. Der Mietvertrag läuft zwischen mir und dem Vermieter. Die Miete würdest du mir monatlich überweisen und ich würde sie an den Mieter weiterleiten. Zusätzlich würde ich gerne mit dir einen Untermietvertrag unterzeichnen zur Sicherheit, dass die Untermiete gut verläuft.
