Ein Dachgeschosszimmer mit 2 Dachfenster, was es schön hell und gut zum lüften macht, mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Innenhof mit Pferdekoppeln, ca 10 qm in 140 qm Wohnung
Auto notwendig, da wir keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben
Abersdorf sind ein paar Bauernhöfe bzw Reiterhöfe, in max 10 min mitn Rad am schönen Simsee (ca 2,5km), in 15 min mit dem Auto in Rosenheim (12 km) in 15 min in Prien (12 km). Kein bzw schlechter Anschluß an Öffis
Wir, Franzi, Miche und ich sind eine bunte WG. Vom Typ her sind wir alle unterschiedlich und trotzdem verstehen wir uns super zusammen. Jeder hat seine eigenen Hobbies und Freiräume, meist entscheiden wir dann ganz spontan zusammen was zu unternehmen. Von wandern über Runde um Simsee radln oder Eisbaden sind wir für alles zu haben. Oder einfach mal nen Filmabend. Wir sind jedoch keine Hausparty WG. Dafür gibts die Stadt dann ;) Ich (Chrissy) bin grade im Sabbatical und vermiete deshalb mein Dachgeschoss Zimmer (2. WG Zimmer, was ich als Büro nutze) unter. Es wäre mit Schlafcouch Tisch etc möbliert aber wenn du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen willst ist das kein Problem. Ich vermiete es unbefristet, also wenn du langfristig dort wohnen möchtest passt das auch für uns.
