Das Zimmer liegt im 1.OG des Hauses und ist sehr hell. Gegenüber ist auf der anderen Seite des Flurs das große Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Da Haus gut isoliert ist, bleibt es im Sommer schön angenehm kühl und im Winter wärmt zudem die Fußbodenheizung.
Innerhalb von 2 min Gehweg erreicht man die nächste Bushaltestelle, wo der Bus nur eine Station zur Haltestelle Königsforst der Linie 9 braucht, welche wiederum bis zur Universität, Deutz und die Instadt komplett durchfährt. Der Bus fährt zudem direkt zum Flughafen Köln/Bonn und mit dem Auto ist man in knapp 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn A3. Das Haus liegt mitten im Königsforst und ist somit von Wald und natürlich frischer Luft umgeben.
Ich suche eine ruhige und ordentliche Person, mit der ich gut und unkompliziert zusammen leben kann. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man gelegentlich mal zusammen kochen und dazu ein Glas Wein trinken kann und sich gut versteht.
Genaue Anforderungen gibt es nicht, aber man sollte schon zusammen passen, weswegen man sich am besten vorher sieht um zuschauen ob es passt. Am besten kontaktiert man mich per Email, egal welche Uhrzeit.
