4 WG in the heart of Rosenheim 4er WG im Herzen Rosenheims

The old building apartment is located in the heart of Rosenheim and offers a lot of space for shared use and retreat on almost 140 m2. Two bathrooms and a large, bright kitchen create a pleasant living atmosphere – ideal for shared cooking, eating or simply relaxing evenings in the WG.
The apartment is oriented from south-west to northeast and is supplied with natural light throughout the day. A real highlight: From the kitchen window you have a free view of the Wendelstein and the impressive Alpine panorama.

The central location is within walking distance to shopping, cafés and restaurants/bars. The train station is reachable by bike in about 5 minutes, on foot in about 10 minutes. The university is also just 10 minutes away by bike or can be easily reached by bus.

Another highlight: Just in front of the house, the weekly market takes place regularly – just look out the window and know if it is worth going down. And right next to that is the best baker in the city.

Die Altbauwohnung liegt im Herzen Rosenheims und bietet auf knapp 140 m² viel Raum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung und zum Rückzug. Zwei Bäder und eine große, helle Küche schaffen eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre – ideal für gemeinsames Kochen, Essen oder einfach entspannte Abende in der WG.
Die Wohnung ist von Südwest bis Nordost ausgerichtet und wird den ganzen Tag über mit natürlichem Licht versorgt. Ein echtes Highlight: Aus dem Küchenfenster hat man einen freien Blick auf den Wendelstein und das beeindruckende Alpenpanorama.

Durch die zentrale Lage sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants/Bars in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 5 Minuten, zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Hochschule liegt ebenfalls nur rund 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt oder lässt sich bequem mit dem Bus erreichen.

Ein weiteres Highlight: Direkt vor dem Haus findet regelmäßig der Wochenmarkt statt – einfach aus dem Fenster schauen und wissen, ob es sich lohnt, runterzugehen. Und direkt daneben ist der wohl beste Bäcker der Stadt.

Currently, we live in our beautiful Old Building World: three girls who not only like to live together, but also do a lot with each other. Whether cooking dinners with friends, cozy movie nights or a classic WG table with one or another beer – something is always going on with us.

Since we are now firmly rooted in Rosenheim, our group of friends is growing steadily – and with it the companies: In summer we are often at the surrounding lakes, together cycle, run or explore the surroundings.

And we are:
Tilli (25) studies interior architecture in the master and is the good soul of the WG. She can be persuaded to everything and she rarely says when it comes to common time. They usually meet in the kitchen with their late evening cooking attempts, or otherwise in the morning with coffee and coworking.
Sophia (21) studies interior architecture in the 2nd semester and immediately sympathizes with her Austrian dialect. Thanks to their relaxed and warm way, beautiful and interesting conversations always come together. She organizes our film evenings and always brings a relaxed mood.
Mo (28) is the old rabbit of the WG and studies architecture in the final stages. It animates everyone to sports activities and only accepts one lets go. It lives according to the motto: the more activity the better, and most likes together.

We all enjoy the time together – be it with long conversations on the sofa or when cooking together – but also respect when someone just needs time for himself.

Aktuell wohnen wir zu dritt in unserer schönen Altbau-WG: drei Mädels, die nicht nur gerne zusammen wohnen, sondern auch viel miteinander unternehmen. Ob Kochabende mit Freunden, gemütliche Filmnächte oder ein klassischer WG-Stammtisch mit dem ein oder anderem Bier – bei uns ist eigentlich immer etwas los.

Da wir mittlerweile fest in Rosenheim verwurzelt sind, wächst auch unser Freundeskreis stetig – und mit ihm die Unternehmungen: Im Sommer sind wir oft an den umliegenden Seen, gehen gemeinsam Radeln, Laufen oder erkunden die Umgebung.

Und das sind wir:
Tilli (25) studiert Innenarchitektur im Master und ist die gute Seele der WG. Sie kann man zu allem überreden und sie sagt selten ab, wenn es um gemeinsame Zeit geht. Meistens trifft man sie in der Küche mit ihren spätabendlichen Kochversuchen, oder sonst morgens beim Kaffee und Coworking.
Sophia (21) studiert Innenarchitektur im 2. Semester und sympathisiert mit ihrem österreichischen Dialekt sofort. Durch ihre entspannte und herzliche Art, kommen immer schöne und interessante Gespräche zusammen. Sie organisiert unsere Filmabende und bringt immer eine entspannte Stimmung mit.
Mo (28) ist der alte Hase der WG und studiert Architektur in den letzten Zügen. Sie animiert jeden zu sportlichen Aktivitäten und akzeptiert nur ein lets go. sie lebt nach dem Motto: je mehr Aktivität desto besser, und am liebsten gemeinsam.

Wir alle genießen die Zeit zusammen – sei es bei langen Gesprächen auf dem Sofa oder beim gemeinsamen Kochen – aber respektieren auch, wenn jemand einfach mal Zeit für sich braucht.
