Das kleine, aber feine WG-Zimmer wird teilmöbliert (nur ein Kleiderschrank) vermietet. Fußbodenheizung und elektrische Jalousien sind includo. Das Zimmer geht nicht zur Fußgängerzone raus, sondern in Richtung des ruhigen Innenhofes. Das geräumige Bad mit Dusche plus Badewanne ist getrennt vom WC, so dass man sich selten in die Quere kommt. Ein separater Abstellraum in der Wohnung, Kellerabteil und Fahrradkeller erhöhen den effektiv verfügbaren Platz.
The cozy bedroom comes partially furnished (only a wardrobe). An underfloor heating system and electrical blinds are included. The room is not suited next to the pedestrian zone but to the quiet courtyard. The spacious bathroom with bathtub is separated from the WC, so there is seldom a traffic jam. A storage room within the apartment, a cellar compartment and a bike garage further increase the effective available space.
Der sanierte Altbau liegt zentral mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt (direkt in der Fußgängerzone) und ist ausgestattet mit Kellerabteil, Fahrradgarage, und Waschküche zusätzlich zur Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Spülmaschine, Fußbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung, Staubsauger-Roboter und Aufzug sind nette Annehmlichkeiten. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich Öffis, Salzach, Mirabellplatz, Mozarteum, Linzergasse, sowie urige Bars und aparte Weinlokale! Nach einer durchzechten Nacht muss man also nicht weit zurücklaufen ;) Der nächste Supermarkt ist weniger als drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The building is situated in one of the best parts of Old Town and includes access to a cellar compartment in the basement, bike garage, and shared laundry facilities in addition to a washing machine in the apartment. A dishwasher, underfloor heating in the whole apartment, robot vacuum and an elevator are nice extras. Less than one minute walk to local transportation, Mirabell Palace, Mozarteum, Linzergasse, and awesome bars and fancy wine taverns! The next supermarket is located only three minutes by foot.
Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Yesica mit ihrem Freund zusammengezogen ist, suchen wir jemanden, um die 4er WG zu komplettieren! Dominik hat die WG vor einigen Jahren gegründet. Er fährt gerne Mountainbike und leitet ehrenamtlich einen Fußball-Kurs am Sportzentrum der Uni. Alex arbeitet in einem der unzähligen Hotels in Salzburg und spricht fließend Spanisch. Ferdi studiert an der Uni Data Science und reist gerne mit der Bahn durch Europa. Wir probieren immer eine Balance zwischen Arbeit/Uni und Freizeit zu finden und genießen an Wochenenden gerne das eine oder andere kühle Getränk zusammen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen eine unkomplizierte und unternehmungslustige Person, die zu uns passt. Ein rotierender Putzplan sorgt dafür, dass alles ordentlich und sauber bleibt.
Because our roommate Yesica moved together with her boyfriend, we search for someone to complete our four person shared apartment. Dominik founded the WG a few years ago. He likes to ride the mountain bike and voluntarily gives a soccer cours at the university sports department. Alex works in one of the countless hotels in Salzburg and speaks fluently Spanish. Ferdi studies Data Science at the university and likes to travel by train through Europe. We try to find a good balance between working, finishing up school, and enjoying a cold drink and some games together on weekends. We also have a rotating cleaning plan to ensure that everything in the apartment stays in tip top shape.
