Ich vermiete mein Zimmer über den Sommer unter. Perfekt geeignet für Festspiel-Menschen oder eine Dame, die den Sommer in Salzburg verbringt :-)
Mir ist ein respektvoller Umgang mit meinem Zimmer, in der Wohnung und mit meiner Mitbewohnerin sehr wichtig, also lege ich sehr viel Wert darauf, eine vertrauensvolle Person für mein Zimmer zu finden.
Du müsstest Dich dann bitte auch gut um meine Pflanzen kümmern!
Ich mache dir Platz im Schrank, sodass Du Dich gut sortieren kannst, aber meine Sachen werden im Zimmer bleiben.

Die Wohnung liegt neben der Alpenstr Nähe Zentrum Herrnau mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super angebunden nicht weit von der Salzach. Mit Bus oder Rad bist du in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt :-)
Stephie ist evtl auch unterwegs und wenn nicht, dann wohnst du mir ihr zusammen, wenn sie nicht gerade bei ihrem Freund oder ihrer Familie ist.
Sie ist sehr offen und freundlich :)
Stephie und mir ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, also würdest du genau wie ich alle 2 Wochen die Wohnung putzen und bitte mein Zimmer und alles andere ordentlich und sauber beibehalten :-)
Stephie might also be away, and if not, you'll live with her when she's not with her partner or family.
She is very open and friendly :)
For Stephie and me it’s very important that our flat is tidy and clean, so you would clean the apartment every 2 weeks and please keep my room and everything else neat and clean :-)
Ich würde mit Dir einen kleinen Untermietvertrag aufsetzen, dass im Falle eines Schlüsselverlusts oder falls etwas kaputt geht, du selbst dafür haftest.
Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass du gut auf mein Zimmer aufpasst und die Zeit genießt :-)
I'd draw up a small sublease agreement with you, so that in case you lose your keys or if something breaks down, you'll be liable for it yourself.
Otherwise I hope you take good care of my room and enjoy the time :-)
