Hello together,
we are looking for a new roommate for our cozy WG - nice, cumbersome and easy to get:-)
The room is partly furnished, the large kitchen fully equipped.
You don't need to bring much, except your private stuff;-)
A super fast internet connection is already included in the rental.
The daylight bath is equipped with a shower.
In rent everything is included except electricity (insurance, garbage, etc.). On water and gas you make an advance payment, at the end of your rental period an exact billing takes place.
Now to You: You should be optimally between 18 and 35. Smoking is not allowed, as little as pets. It would be good if you were a student, an intern, a graduate or a similar student.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are numerous shopping facilities, banks, pharmacies etc. From the apartment you can reach all important transportation easily on foot. Large companies like Daimler, Mahle, Bosch, Porsche are easy and quick to reach.

wir suchen für unsere gemütliche WG eine/n neuen Mitbewohner/in - nett, umgänglich und wg-erfahren :-)
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, die große Küche voll ausgestattet.
Du brauchst außer deinen privaten Sachen eigentlich nicht viel mitbringen ;-)
Eine superschnelle Internetverbindung ist in der Miete schon inbegriffen.
Das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.
In der Miete ist außer Strom alles inbegriffen (Versicherung, Müll, usw.). Auf Wasser und Gas leistet ihr eine Vorauszahlung, am Ende eurer Mietdauer findet dann eine exakte Abrechnung statt.
Nun zu Dir: Du solltest optimalerweise zwischen 18 und 35 sein. Rauchen ist übrigens nicht gestattet, genauso wenig wie Haustiere. Prima wäre, wenn Du auch Student, Praktikant, Diplomand oder ähnliches währst.
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Apotheken usw. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht Ihr alle wichtigen Verkehrsmittel bequem zu Fuss. Große Unternehmen wie Daimler, Mahle, Bosch, Porsche sind einfach und schnell zu erreichen.
So genug zur Wohnung, wenn Ihr Interesse habt, dann meldet Euch einfach über die Nachrichtenfunktion. VG Pia

- within 5 minutes you can reach the Neckar with the Neckarradweg (super for jogging and cycling) or the Kurpark

You should ideally be a student, an intern or a starter. It is not a purpose WG. Order is just as important to us to live together. Pets and smokers are not allowed. You don't need anything to bring, the WG is fully equipped.
Du solltest idealerweise Student, Praktikant oder Berufsanfänger sein. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck-WG. Ordnung ist uns genauso wichtig geselliges zusammen wohnen. Haustiere und Raucher sind nicht erlaubt. Mitzubringen braucht ihr nichts, die WG ist komplett ausgestattet.
You can best reach us via email. Please write to us who you are, what you do and just a little something from you so that we get a better impression if you fit us. Another important info for handing over the room when extracting. We want everything to be perfectly clean when moving in. Due to poor experience with the cleanliness of the WG on excerpt, we agreed: Your room and the common rooms will be handed over by you in a proper condition, a cleaning service will then make everything for a flat-rate (150 €).

Noch eine wichtige Info zur Übergabe des Zimmers beim Auszug. Wir möchten, dass beim Einzug alles perfekt sauber ist. Auf Grund schlechter Erfahrung mit der Sauberkeit der WG bei Auszug haben wir folgendes vereinbart: Dein Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume werden von dir in einem ordentlichen Zustand übergeben, ein Reinigungsservice wird dann alles für eine Pauschale (150 €) grundreinigen.
