The room is the smallest of the WG with its about 11 square meters, but because we live in a beautiful old building and the ceilings are over three meters high, the room looks bigger. The high ceilings allow, for example, the use of a double coat rack, which is already installed and is happy to be left to the renter.
The large window offers a romantic view of a backyard with old houses and two large trees.
Since the room is oriented to the north, no direct sun shines in, so in summer it is nicely cool.
Das Zimmer ist mit seinen ca 11 Quadratmetern zwar das kleinste der WG, da wir aber in einem wunderschönen Altbau leben und die Decken über drei Meter hoch sind, wirkt das Zimmer größer. Die Hohen Decken ermöglichen z.B. die Nutzung einer doppelten Kleiderstange, die bereits eingebaut ist und gerne dem Nachmieter überlassen wird.
Das große Fenster bietet eine romantische Aussicht auf einen Hinterhof mit Altbauhäusern und zwei großen Bäumen.
Da das Zimmer zum Norden ausgerichtet ist scheint zwar keine direkte Sonne herein, dadurch hat man es im Sommer aber schön kühl.
Our old building apartment is located in the beautiful Heusteigviertel in Stuttgart so super central:)
Lidl, Rewe, net, Marienplatz, the city centre and the Gerber with various shops, bars and restaurants are 5-10 minutes' walk away. The Austrian Square with Metro and Bus is 5 minutes away.
The diverse restaurants and cafés shape the Heusteig quarter, so there are wonderful ways to go for food or just enjoy the sun on an aperol or a beer.
Opposite is a nice café/bar and a restaurant and right next door there is the best Asian restaurant in the city.
Unsere Altbauwohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Heusteigviertel in Stuttgart also super zentral :)
Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Marienplatz, die Stadtmitte und das Gerber mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Österreichische Platz mit U-Bahn und Bus ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die vielfältigen Restaurants und Cafés prägen das Heusteigviertel, es gibt also wunderbare Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen oder einfach nur auf einem Aperol oder einem Bierchen die Sonne zu genießen.
Gegenüber ist eine nette Café/Bar und ein Restaurant und direkt nebenan gibt es das beste asiatische Restaurant der Stadt.
The WG currently consists of 4 friends, 2 cats and 2 dogs.
We are all professional and enjoy a very
harmonious, relaxed, thoughtful and clean together. Under the week there are always joint cooking sessions or we just sit together and talk.
Our apartment is already fully equipped, i.e. you don't have to worry about anything. Our large balcony is following the kitchen and is our flowery/green living room in summer.
Your roommates:
Anya works as a youth and home educator, loves traveling on the balcony for hours or just philosophizing life. She lives with her dog Keanu the longest in our WG.
Lena works as a tattoo artist and loves yoga, reading, cooking and all about spirituality. She has her two Kater Pablo & Carlos and a little dog called Ozzy.
Teresa is 26 years old, freshly finished with her computer science master and works in the gastro. Otherwise she likes to make music, likes to shock or confirms herself at the gym or outside.

Die WG besteht aktuell aus 4 Freunden, 2 Katzen und 2 Hunden.
Wir sind alle berufstätig und genießen ein sehr
harmonisches, entspanntes, rücksichtvolles und sauberes Miteinander. Unter der Woche gibt es ab und an gemeinsame Kochsessions oder wir sitzen einfach nur beieinander und quatschen.
Unsere Wohnung ist bereits voll ausgestattet, d.h. du musst dich um nichts sorgen, hier fehlt es dir an nichts. Unser großer Balkon ist im Anschluss zur Küche und ist im Sommer unser blumig/grünes Wohnzimmer.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen:
Anya arbeitet als Jugend- und Heimerzieherin, liebt es auf dem Balkon stundenlang über das Reisen oder einfach das Leben zu philosophieren. Sie wohnt mit ihrem Hund Keanu schon am längsten in unserer WG.
Lena arbeitet als Tätowiererin und liebt Yoga, lesen, kochen und alles rund ums Thema Spiritualität. Sie hat ihre beiden Kater Pablo & Carlos und einen kleinen Hund namens Ozzy dabei.
Teresa ist 26 Jahre alt, frisch mit ihrem Informatik Master fertig und arbeitet in der Gastro. Sonst macht sie gerne Musik, zockt gerne oder bestätigt sich sportlich im Gym oder draußen.
