ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin im angegebenen Zeitraum da ich ein erasmus mache. das zimmer ist sehr gemütlich mit waschbecken, und schön möbeliert.
die wg ist nahe des killesbergparks, der kräherwald ist auch nicht weit, das zimmer hat sicht ins grüneund es gibt keine größere straße die lärm verursacht, ein fahhrad ist vin Vorteil da es zur ubahn station Killesberg ca 1 km ist . dort sind auch aldi, edeka, alnatura ,dm etc.
meine zimmernachbarin und ich essen häufig zusammen, wir studieren beide an der abk bildende kunst. Simon lebt etwas zurückgezogener aber ist auch echt nett. ines ist fast nie da und sehr sehr selten zu sehen.
die vermieterin lebt unten im haus und ist sehr freundlich, kümmert sich direkt um probleme. die wg ist was für menschen die gern in der stadt unterwegs sind aber sich doch immer auf ein ruhiges zuhause freuen. wenn du weitere fragen hast melde dich gerne bei mir
