Angeboten wird ein Zimmer in einer WG in einem Studentenwohnheim für 293€ (warm!).
Alle nötigen Möbel sind vorhanden und der Boden ist aus Teppich.
Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, kann nur an Studenten vermietet werden.
Bei weiteren Fragen stehe ich immer zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, neben dem Wohnheim ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt.
Außerdem ist man auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten im Zentrum von Stuttgart.
Die WG hat Zugang zu einer Dachterasse, von welcher man einen sehr schönen Ausblick über Stuttgart hat,
da das Wohnheim etwas höher liegt.
Die Bewohner sind auch alle Studenten und mega nett. Man kann diese immer um Hilfe bitten und auch abends mal zusammen kochen/zusammen sitzen und sich unterhalten.
Das Wohnheim und die Bewohner sind super, es lebt nicht jeder sein eigenes Leben, sondern es ist eher wie eine große Gemeinschaft, da jeder dem anderen hilft und alle super nett sind.
