The WG is located in the beautiful district of West and is really well connected.
There is only one minute to the bus stop, the Schwab-/Bebelstraße underground station (U2 and U9) only 5 minutes and the S-Bahn Schwabstraße 8-10 minutes. So you are joking in the city and at the main station.
But also walking is very fast in town.
Otherwise there are also many cool places like the butcher shop right around the corner, the fire lake, the wyld, the Bismarckplatz, as well as sweet cafés and various restaurants. If you want to go to the green and have a great view nearby, you can relax with a cool drink from the ascent.
Otherwise there is a LIDL, Penny and REWE and an EDEKA in the immediate vicinity. On foot there is even a small automated mini-super market around the corner on Sunday.

Die WG befindet sich im wunderschönen Stadtviertel West und ist wirklich unfassbar gut angebunden.
Zur Bushaltestelle braucht es nur eine Minute, zur Ubahnhaltestelle Schwab-/Bebelstraße (U2 und U9) nur 5 Minuten und zur S-Bahn Schwabstraße 8-10 Minuten. So Ist man ruckzuck in der Stadt und am Hauptbahnhof.
Aber auch zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt.
Ansonsten sind fußläufig auch viele coole Orte wie die Metzgerei direkt um die Ecke, der Feuersee, das wyld, der Bismarckplatz, aber auch süße Cafés und diverse Restaurants. Wer ins Grüne will und eine tolle Aussicht in der Nähe, ist hier mit der Karlshöhe gut bedient, oben kann man sich dann mit einem kühlen Getränk vom Aufstieg erholen.
Ansonsten gibt es hier in direkter Nähe einen LIDL, Penny und REWE und einen EDEKA. Fußläufig gibt es sogar am Sonntag einen kleinen automatisierten Minisupermarkt um die Ecke.

We (Vio and Lisa) have been living together in the WG for almost a year and have been friends since school.
But now that I will go together with my friend in July, I will leave the dear Vio and wish for her a great new roommate.
Vio is a truly warm, empathic and understanding person with whom you can really talk about all kinds of topics (literature, politics, trash TV, God and the world) and also laugh wonderfully.
So far, we have met spontaneously during the week to silly in the kitchen, but at the same time we have had enough room to take us back to our rooms, especially after busy days.
As far as joint ventures are concerned, we would like to see if it was offered, for example, to a reality TV evening or to drink a wine at the Palace of the Republic. However, since we are also friends, there is no expectation that it must be the same with the successor.
What is important to us is a friendly and respectful approach to each other. Of course, also that a certain cleanliness and order is kept in the common rooms (although we have always been very understanding with each other when a plate or glass has been removed only in the evening or if you had a lot of stress on work or private, so you had to postpone your cleaning service for a few days).
Otherwise, our WG life was very uncomplicated to date and that would be nice if that could continue to be so.

Wir (Vio und Lisa) wohnen jetzt seit knapp einem Jahr zusammen in der WG und sind schon seit der Schulzeit befreundet.
Da ich aber jetzt im Juli mit meinem Freund zusammenziehen werde, verlasse ich schweren Herzens die liebe Vio und wünsche mir für sie eine tolle neue Mitbewohnerin.
Vio ist ein wirklich herzlicher, empathischer und verständnisvoller Mensch, mit dem man wirklich über alle möglichen Themen sprechen (Literatur, Politik, Trash-TV, Gott und die Welt) und auch wunderbar lachen kann.
Bisher haben wir uns hin und wieder unter der Woche spontan zum Quatschen in der Küche getroffen, aber gleichzeitig auch genug Raum gehabt, um uns in unsere Zimmer zurückzuziehen, insbesondere nach stressigen Tagen.
Was gemeinsame Unternehmungen angeht, haben wir uns gerne mal, wenn es sich angeboten hat, z.B. zu einem Reality-TV-Abend getroffen oder ein Weinchen am Palast der Republik getrunken. Da wir aber auch befreundet sind, besteht nicht die Erwartung, dass es genauso mit der Nachfolgerin sein muss.
Wichtig ist uns vor allem, ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang miteinander. Natürlich auch, dass eine gewisse Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen gehalten wird (allerdings sind wir da auch immer sehr verständnisvoll miteinander gewesen, wenn ein Teller oder Glas mal erst am Abend weggeräumt wurde oder wenn man viel Stress auf der Arbeit oder privat hatte, sodass man seinen Putzdienst um ein paar Tage verschieben musste).
Ansonsten war unser WG-Leben sehr unkompliziert bisher und das wäre schön, wenn das weiterhin so sein könnte.

There is also a balcony that can be accessed from Vios rooms or via the kitchen.
