Du würdest im wohl schönsten Zimmer des Apartments wohnen.
Es bietet viel Licht und hat eine tollen Schnitt. Perfekt um sich Zuhause zu fühlen.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Zwischen den S-Bahnhaltestellen Schwabstr. & Feuersee liegend, erreichst du den Schlossplatz innerhalb von 5min und den Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 10min.
Im direkten Umfeld liegen zahlreiche gute Cafés, Supermärkte (Rewe bis 24uhr geöffnet) und leckere Restaurants.
Ich, Silvio 29, werde mit Dir zusammen wohnen. Man sagt ich sei gesellig. Wäre schön, wenn du das auch wärst.
Ich arbeite in der Automobilindustrie und bin nebenbei selbstständig.
Ab und zu gemeinsame Abende in der Küche und mal was Essen oder Trinken gehen würden mich freuen - aber alles kann, nichts muss.
Ich arbeite relativ viel, weshalb ich des Öfteren unterwegs bin, somit hast du die Wohnung auch mal für Dich.
